Nail Art Studio: Flags A-Flyin’
1. Paint the nail a baby blue. Use a sponge and white polish to create ombre clouds. Draw two black lines using acrylic paint.
2. Add white and blue triangular flags.
3. When the flags are dry, paint white stars on the blue and red stripes on the white. Apply top coat when dry.
4. Add words like “Happy 4th” or “Fireworks.”
