Nail Art Studio: Perfectly Imperfect American Flag
1. Start by applying two layers of CND Shellac in Locket Love. Cure each layer. Do not wipe.
2. Create stripes using Young Nails Mission Control gel paint in Power Up and Fizz. Use a mostly dry ombre brush and start feathering the paints diagonally out from the corner of the nail. Cure. Do not wipe. If your gel paints don’t have a tacky layer, apply a thin coat of top coat that does, then cure and do not wipe.
3. Lightly dab blue foil on the corner of the nail. It doesn’t have to be perfect!
4. Hand-paint stars using Young Nails Mission Control gel paint in Fizz or use the star embellishments of your choice. Cure. Apply CND Shellac Original Top Coat, cure, and wipe.
